There will be a Blood Drive at Venice City Hall on Wednesday, November 5 from 10 am to 4 pm.

According to Venice City Hall:

“All donors will receive a free $20 eGift Card, power bank for charging phones and other devices, Culver’s coupon, a wellness checkup including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, iron count and cholesterol screening, and a snack.

Appointments are encouraged, but not required.”

Pumpkin Plunge at North Port Aquatic Center

The Pumpkin Plunge at North Port Aquatic Center is on Saturday, October 18!

According to the City of North Port:

Participants will have the opportunity to come to the North Port Aquatic Center and select their pumpkin from a floating pumpkin patch in the Competition Pool. They will then have the chance to decorate their chosen pumpkin at one of the art stations around the pool deck.

Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult.  This is event is open for children of all ages! 
$15 per child; supervising adult complimentary.
